• Businesses: Email (or social login identifier), business name, and related profile or settings you provide when signing up and using the dashboard.
• Promoters / customers: Email (or social login identifier), display name, and phone if you provide it when creating an account or linking referral codes.

Referral and program data

• Referral codes, referral sign-ups (e.g. email), conversion and confirmation events, and reward or redemption information necessary to run the referral programs you participate in.

Technical and usage data

• We use authentication and hosting infrastructure (e.g. Firebase) that may log IP address, device, and similar technical data in the course of providing the service.

How we use your information

We use the information above to provide and operate Monkey Referrals: to create and manage accounts, run referral programs (including sending confirmation and notification emails), process redemptions, improve the service, and communicate with you about your account or support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies where needed for sign-in, session management, and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings; limiting or blocking them may affect your ability to use the dashboard or promoter portal.

Sharing and third parties

We rely on service providers to run the platform (e.g. authentication, database, email delivery). They process data only as needed to provide those services and under agreements that protect your data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or safety.
